About Rolling Hills RC&D Council

Rolling Hills Resource Conservation & Development Council, RC&D, is a locally led non-profit effort that works to empower communities to enhance the quality of life in rural areas, care for people, and protect natural resources. We specialize in natural resource issues and conservation in a nine county region in northwest Georgia.

Our mission is to provide leadership in protecting and improving the economic, social and natural resources of residents in the RC&D Area.
