Rolling Hills Resource Conservation & Development Council, Inc.

The Rolling Hills Resource Conservation and Development Council is governed by a volunteer RC&D "Council".  This Council is made up of individuals that are active in their communities and have a passion for improving the quality of life for its residents while improving natural resources.  There are nine member counties, two member Soil and Water Conservation Districts, and two representative Regional Development Centers that serve on the Council.  Each member county has two voting members--the first is a representative of the County Board of Commissioners and the second is a citizens representative.  The members of the Council  represent a wide variety of interests and include local elected officials, government staff, landowners, farmers, business owners, and other interested citizens.
