AGRICULTURAL PROJECTS

Agricultural producers are invited to participate in this project to address water quality concerns on their farms.  Cost share will be applied at a 60% cost share rate across the watershed boundary.

  • Composting Facility
  • Comprehensive Nutrient Management Plan (as needed)
  • Critical Area Treatment
  • Diversion
  • Filter Strip
  • Grade Stabilization Structure
  • Grassed Waterway
  • Heavy Use Area Protection
  • Nutrient Management
  • Pasture and Hayland Planting
  • Riparian Forest Buffer
  • Stream Crossing
  • Streambank and Shoreline Protection
  • Waste Storage Facility
  • Watering Facility
  • Water and Sediment Control Basin
  • Livestock Exclusion (may include wells, fence, pipeline, watering facility, and other associated practices)

*some practices may not be eligible as stand alone practices, but may be approved as part of a system.
