Conditions for Use of No-till equipment
- Landowner will be required to sign a lease agreement prior to renting
equipment.
- No fertilizer will be applied with no-till equipment.
- Drills will be operated by the Landowner.
- Acreage planted is determined by a meter on the equipment and charges
will be made accordingly.
- The landowner is responsible for providing the seed and determining
planting rates.
- Rolling Hills RC&D and its partners are not responsible for
germination of seed planted or stand loss.
- The leasee is responsible for damage to the equipment during usage
that is not deemed regular wear and tear.
- The Custodian has the right to obtain a deposit from the leasee prior
to renting equipment.
